Rules for 50/50 Raffle

1. Tickets shall be sold at the rate printed on the ticket.

2. The winning ticket will be selected by random drawing on the 4th Tuesday of March and September.

3. Following each drawing, all ticket stubs will be removed and new tickets must be purchased to enter the next drawing cycle.

4. The winner will be notified by telephone, e-mail, or regular mail and arraignments will be made for them to receive their prize.

5. The winners name and amount of the prize shall be posted on our website, Facebook page and other media to help promote this fund raiser.

6. All drawings will be open to the public.

7. Winner need not be present to win.

8. All participants must be 18 years or older.

9. The prize amount will be determined by the number of tickets sold with the winner receiving 50 percent of the total amount in that 6-month drawing cycle.

10. All profits from the Optimist Bi-Annual 50/50 raffle will support the Austintown Optimist Club’s Youth and Community projects.

11. Rules may be changed by a majority vote of the raffle committee.

12. Void where prohibited by law.
